Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ShopSmart browser extension and associated services operated by Tautvydas Bagocius, trading as Neuroon ("Neuroon", "we", "us"). By installing or using ShopSmart, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
ShopSmart is a browser extension that helps you compare product prices across online stores, evaluate store trustworthiness, and receive AI-generated purchase advice. The extension is available for Google Chrome and may be extended to other browsers in the future.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use ShopSmart. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Free and Premium plans
ShopSmart offers a free plan and a Premium subscription (€3.99/month). The free plan includes core features (price comparison, Trust Score, savings tracking). Premium adds alerts, price history, AI advice, and review analysis. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
4. Payment and billing
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Price: €3.99/month (VAT included).
Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 calendar days of purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). To exercise this right, send an email to support@neuroon.ai stating your wish to withdraw. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. If you consented to the start of service delivery during the withdrawal period, you may be charged proportionally for the period of service used.
5. Affiliate links
ShopSmart may earn a commission when you purchase through links displayed in the extension. This is clearly disclosed in the interface. Affiliate commissions do not affect the price you pay. We use Skimlinks as our primary affiliate network.
6. Your responsibilities
- Do not use ShopSmart for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the extension.
- Do not use automated tools to interact with ShopSmart at scale.
- Do not misrepresent your identity when creating an account.
7. Accuracy of information
ShopSmart provides price comparisons and trust scores as informational tools. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all prices, availability, or trust scores are current or complete. Always verify final prices and conditions on the merchant's website before purchasing.
8. Intellectual property
ShopSmart, its design, code, and content are the intellectual property of Tautvydas Bagocius, trading as Neuroon You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neuroon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ShopSmart, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or purchase decisions made based on information provided by the extension. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to ShopSmart if you violate these Terms. You may stop using ShopSmart at any time by uninstalling the extension.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the extension or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Spain, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the applicable consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
